If you are an AOL user you must close the AOL Browser and use stand-alone Internet Explorer (or other browser).

Close your browser (all windows and all tabs) and try again to access the forums.

You must navigate to the CT forums from a link in the website. You may not navigate to the Forums from a link or bookmark!
